I went to look at gift craft beers and happened to see this one, so I bought it!
Fresh, clear, sweet with a nice sharp aftertaste from the alcohol spiciness👍.
I may repeat this one.
Sweet but with a clean aftertaste
After pouring the alcohol and letting it sit for a while, the bubbles adhered to the glass.
Purchased at Mekada Sake Shop
Purchased because it is the driest in the brewery.
The bitterness in the aftertaste bothers me just a little bit.
Sake rice: Shizuku Ehime
Yeast: Association No. 9
Sake meter rating: +9
The sweetness and umami come in a sizzle, and a little bitterness and sweetness remain afterwards.
It would be nice if the sweetness would disappear a little more quickly.
A distribution item given to me when I went shopping at the brewery.
Aroma, sweetness, umami all in moderation, with a refreshing acidic aftertaste!
I wonder if Matsuyama-Mitsui's sake is right for us after all!
There was no time to open the bottle and it was the last one in stock and finally opened.
When the temperature is low right after opening the bottle, I am impressed with how modern sake is nowadays.
When the temperature rises a little, the sweetness becomes stronger,
When the temperature goes up to room temperature, the spiciness is impressive.
It was a sake with a variety of different expressions at different temperatures.
Purchased at Yamada Sake Shop
We were given a free tour of the brewery at the brewery, which is about a 15 minute walk from Niigata Station.
There was a free tasting afterwards, but if I heard that I could pay 1000 yen and taste more than 10 different kinds of sake, I would go👍 as a sake drinker.
After tasting many different kinds of sake, I liked the wooden barrel brewed sake, so I bought it!
When I tasted it, I chose it because I thought it had a nice woody aroma, but maybe it was the difference in temperature, I didn't feel that much when I drank it cold, but it had a good balance of sourness and sweetness and a nice crisp aftertaste. ☺️
Purchased at a liquor store near Kanazawa Station
When I asked the liquor store if they had another brand as a food sake, they recommended this one, which can be enjoyed as much as a meal.
It has a good balance of umami and acidity, but not too much sweetness, so it is a good sake for a mealtime drink!
Purchased at Sugihara Sake Shop
I liked Houken dry sake that I bought on a previous trip to Hiroshima, so on a business trip to Kure, I bought a bottle at a liquor store near Kure Station.
I bought a bottle of "White Label" at a liquor store near Kure Station.
White Label" is bottled when it has been stored at a low temperature for a while and the flavor is fully developed.
A perfect strike 👍!
It was the best balance that I can't complain about!
I'm looking forward to the next one since it's only available for a limited time...
Purchased at Yamashiroya Takaramachi Store
When the bottle is opened, it has an aroma that is typical of a draft sake, a sweetness that is more elegant than tasty, and an aftertaste that is somewhat lingering but not bothersome.
After a couple of days, the aroma has settled down and it becomes easier to drink.
Not much of a scent.
When I put it in my mouth, I felt a little bit of carbonation.
I thought it might be sweet because it is a pure sake with an alcohol content of 15, but it has just the right amount of umami and sweetness.
The aftertaste is sharp and refreshing, and it goes on and on and on.
At a Western-style restaurant on a business trip to Nagaoka
with Western-style katsudon (pork cutlet served on top of a bowl of rice)
Aroma of pineapple
When you drink it, it tastes like an apple.
Pleasant bitter aftertaste with a nice sharpness
I have never had a drink like this before.
Does it depend on the glass?
Even if you drink it with a Western-style pork cutlet bowl, it doesn't lose at all.
Akabu is good 🥰.
