Not much of a scent.
When I put it in my mouth, I felt a little bit of carbonation.
I thought it might be sweet because it is a pure sake with an alcohol content of 15, but it has just the right amount of umami and sweetness.
The aftertaste is sharp and refreshing, and it goes on and on and on.
