Today is cold and rainy, and I'm going crazy because I've been working outside all day from early in the morning 😫.
So, I went home and quickly charged up my energy 🍶.
It's been a while since I've had this one, but I finally got a bottle of Tasake Tokusyu, a sake for when you're in trouble.
It has a slightly sweet aroma and the mouthfeel is like apple honey, but with a dry sharpness!
I'm sure it will change a lot depending on the food pairing, but today it's dry and sharp!
