Aomori's Local Sake Online 2021 Event Set 1: Sake Brewer's Recommendation In the first event set (1) of 2 breweries x 2 types of sake, the Rokune's standard Junmai Ginjo Pink Label was my favorite, but this one is also delicious. I'd like to try the other Rokune as well.

The snack was Yamagata dashi (soup stock) and cold tofu. It has a solid sweetness and sourness, and is my favorite of the four sakes in this event set. The event snacks were Hachinohe Saba Can Bar (Tom Yum Kung flavor) and Original Komura's Namban Miso.

Aomori Prefecture's "Hana Omoi" is a rice suitable for sake brewing and is excellent for high rice polishing. By polishing the rice to 50%, the result is a very gorgeous and tasty bottle. Aomori's Local Sake Online 2021 Event Set 1) Sake Brewer's Recommendation This is a gorgeous Junmai Daiginjo that you want to taste by itself. I drank it with the Tsugaru Viidoro set this time, but I think I'll use a wine glass for the rest.

The aroma spreads softly, and the Tsugaru-bindoro sake cup also adds a touch of glamour. Of course, it goes well with the snack of the set, Hachinohe Mackerel Can Bar Tom Yum Kung flavor.

100 check-in is a limited edition sake from Sapporo, Japan. Made from 100% Ginpu, Shin Totsukawa, Hokkaido It is a local production for local consumption, and a sea urchin bowl, an asparagus, and pickled wasabi soy sauce. The taste of the flavor, sourness, and sweetness that does not lose to a rich sea urchin is firm. Especially, wasabi soy sauce pickle ◎◎◎.

It's true that they all taste different, but they are all so easy to drink and delicious that it's hard to describe the differences. It is difficult to decide which one is the best because the taste changes depending on the order of drinking, the food you pair it with, and the temperature change. If I had to choose one type, it would be Hitogoki. Miyamanishiki for fried eggplant, onion and green pepper with ponzu. Herring pickled in sansho goes well with all.

Popular Sake Brewery always allows you to try all of their sake at their events, so you can be sure to buy the sake you want to drink. This is an easy drinking sake with an alcohol content of 11 degrees that has a characteristic sourness like squeezed fruit, and is not like sake in a good way. It's delicious served chilled, or even slightly heated. The following is from the label description Due to the long-term low-temperature fermentation technique and the characteristics of the yeast, this sake has an alcohol content of 11% even after fermentation is complete. It is highly acidic, with an acidity level of 20, and its composition is characterized by the fact that this yeast produces more malic acid than lactic acid, whereas most sake contains succinic acid and lactic acid. When it is chilled and served in a wine glass, you can enjoy this sake with its elegant acidity that contains a lot of malic acid and a ginjo aroma with weak caproic acid.

From the Sake Brewery Open Market Commemorative Limited Edition Set Menu Junmai Sake ~This is a special junmai-shu with the sweet aroma of koji tickling your nose. The koji is inventive and blended with Namimoto to create a robust taste that will stand up to food and a mellowness that will keep you drinking. Umenoyado is best served at room temperature or warmed up. Enjoy the lingering aftertaste and the changes in flavor that become richer as you warm it. ~. So, after the first cup of Tasake (Sakura), the second cup of Umenoyado was heated up. It's still cold at night, so heated sake is good. It goes well with just about anything. Potato salad, yakitori sauce, sashimi konjak, stir-fried toki and maitake mushrooms. We didn't have any seafood today, so we'll be pairing it tomorrow or later.

Purchased at Sake-no-Yanagida in Hirosaki City I saved this spring sake to open when the late blooming double-flowered cherry trees in the borrowed scenery were at their best. As the label says, it is a gorgeous and light spring sake. Sake alone ◎, Camembert cheese ◎, crab cakes ◎, sashimi konnyaku✕

It is as dry as its name suggests. I thought it would be better heated, so I heated it up today. The spiciness became milder, and it became super delicious. It's not a sake on its own, but a sake that goes well with food and sake. It seems to go well with all kinds of food, but it goes especially well with seafood.

Sake Brewery Open Market Commemorative Limited Set Even though the cherry blossoms have bloomed, the days are still chilly, so I've been drinking it with hot water. It has a spicy ginger taste at first, but the aftertaste is sweet. It's like a gingerbread. When I came home cold, I drank it first to warm up. I drank it with gobo (burdock root), a souvenir of Aomori Misawa.
