Aomori's Local Sake Online 2021 Event Set 1) Shoroku Shuzo "Rokune" Standard Sake
Tasting in flying before the event. The snack was Yamagata dashi (soup stock) and cold tofu.
It has a solid sweetness and sourness, and is my favorite of the four sakes in this event set.
The event snacks were Hachinohe Saba Can Bar (Tom Yum Kung flavor) and Original Komura's Namban Miso.
