ガルスRich but sharp sharpness
The aroma is reminiscent of the richness of brandy. The rich flavor spreads from a clean mouthfeel. The aroma has hints of ripe apples, and it finishes sharply with a simple acidity.
The transition from the rich impression in the beginning to the simplicity in the latter half is interesting. It matches the sweet and salty taste of tasake takuan (radish). It is also a good match for oden with ginger on top. There is no way that they do not go well together.

Ginger miso oden and lunch.
Comparing only the sake, Kamekichi has a strong taste and is my favorite. It would be better to pair it with something other than oden. ないるOmakase Masu 4 Kinds Drinking Comparison
