The mouthfeel is sweet and deliciously crisp! My favorite sake! It goes well with salmon aqua pazza as a snack! Delicious! Oh, your wife was washing empty bottles of "Senkin Kabutomushi" before. I was wondering... It turned out to be a cute bottle light. w(4th photo) This kind of reuse might be a good and stylish idea. ☺️

♪♪♪♪ I found this at my regular liquor store and bought it. Yes, it is a very good wine! It's so good! It says "dry" but I don't think it's that dry. It's a very sake-like sake ← so-called "classic" sake. I thought on my own that a cup of sake is 180㎖ (1 gou), but it is 1 cup (200㎖). I thought it was, but it is 1 cup (200㎖), isn't it? Or is it that? Is it different depending on the brand? Huh? What about when it's Aki-Rika? As for snacks Sushi (at a local supermarket) boiled stingray (homemade) Marinated tomato and anchovy (homemade) It was I didn't expect it, but it went well with tomatoes! ♪♪♪♪♪ I just got home from the Kunimare Sake Brewery Festival and had a drink at home! I bought a bottle of one of the limited editions of the brewery festival! Ah, sweet! Delicious! No sharpness? But this is good for those who are not used to sake: ☺️ And it's easy to drink, probably because it's low-alcohol! And for snacks, we have "Mashige" amaebi (sweet shrimp) and "Atsuta" Nisanichi BATTERA (herring and baby herring roe)! The sweet shrimp goes well with sweet sake and sweet shrimp, making sake a refreshing drink! Is it because the sweetness of the sweet shrimp outweighs the sweetness of the sake? The combination with battera is delicious! Well, it was a nice holiday 😁←Mrs. W's review is better than mine.

♪♪♪ I was casually browsing the liquor section of Aeon and found this. It's Hoshitori Blue Label. When I drank it by itself, I thought it was not sweet, not spicy (dry), not aromatic, and not alcoholic ← I have a stupid tongue and a stupid nose theory. What? Water? It claims to be junmai daiginjo, but... Is this what it is? That's my impression. There's nothing shiny about it. While having trouble capturing the characteristics of the wine, I ate a snack of camembert cheese and anchovies. The snacks are delicious! The sake was "hmmm... His wife also wanted to try a drink, so let's have one! She said, "What? It's easy to drink and goes down easy! She said, "It's easy to drink and goes down easy! I think it would go well with meat.
