What would happen if I combined sparkling sake with something Western? I thought. So I hurriedly bought some at a local supermarket. It's Mio! I really wanted to try Kido Sparkling, but I don't have time for that, so I'll try it next time! Well, it depends on the snacks, doesn't it? Blue cheese & honey and muscat on a baguette is so good! They go well together! Broccoli & Shirasu with Italian dressing is a little different. Cod aqua pazza, also delicious! Goes well with it! So, do they generally go well together? ←I'm not sure, but it's pretty rough. Of course, they all went well with Prosecco! ←It's not sake to begin with! Pairing with "Hitogokochi" was not so good!

I had done the foolish thing (I let my instincts get the better of me) of going to the liquor store to buy a different brand of purple space the last two times I went to buy purple space! It's called Strawberry Label, but to be honest, I'm being pulled in. Impressions are amazing, aren't they? I am pulled to "Strawberry" by appearance and hearing. I chose the Miharu Gomangoku... ← Normally you would choose the Koei-Kiku, right? Great answer! This is so delicious! Fruity mouthfeel but refreshing at the end! Ahhh! Delicious! It's a winner! It's a wonder that not many people know about it. It's so delicious! ←I haven't been this impressed since Goho! By the way, the rice used for sake is "Gohyakumangoku". This is something I will repeat! Or rather, I want to repeat it!

♪♪♪♪ I'm Zoga ← not self-introduction w (for the second time w) I'm Zoga, and I've been hired by ANA first class! ←I'm Zoga, and I've been hired by ANA's First Class! I wrote "dry" but it has a sharp taste and is not "spicy! It's not like "spicy!" like Kokureki's Hokkai Onikoroshi (sorry for being too pinpoint). And I served with Jingisukan (Genghis Khan), yellowtail sashimi, tuna sashimi, and sweet shrimp sashimi, all of which go well together! Especially meat and fatty fish are good! They cut it up! It will taste so good! Ahh! I feel good♪♪♪ By the way, I tried it with yokan (bean jelly) and it cut through the sweetness of the yokan. Spicy! WOW (It doesn't go well with it (_ _*))

♪♪♪♪♪ This is one of the same specs as when it won the first Grand Prix at the 2021 Sake Made with Hokkaido Rice Awards! Of course, the one back then was brewed in Ibaraki... This is the Sanzen Sakura Ver! When I bought it, the store owner advised me, "The Sanzen Sakura is stronger right after the bottle is opened, but after a day, it will be much closer to Yuki! She advised me "It's the difference of the brewing water", so I put it into practice! Ah, it's true that you can tell it's a "Sanzen Sakura" just after the bottle is opened! ←Is this true? I'm not sure. And when I let it sit for a day... Oh, no wonder! It's Yuki! ←Is it true? It's me! I'm glad I took the advice of the store owner this time!
