♪♪♪ I was casually browsing the liquor section of Aeon and found this. It's Hoshitori Blue Label. When I drank it by itself, I thought it was not sweet, not spicy (dry), not aromatic, and not alcoholic ← I have a stupid tongue and a stupid nose theory. What? Water? It claims to be junmai daiginjo, but... Is this what it is? That's my impression. There's nothing shiny about it. While having trouble capturing the characteristics of the wine, I ate a snack of camembert cheese and anchovies. The snacks are delicious! The sake was "hmmm... His wife also wanted to try a drink, so let's have one! She said, "What? It's easy to drink and goes down easy! She said, "It's easy to drink and goes down easy! I think it would go well with meat. So we quickly cooked a dish of beef tagliata with balsamic sauce! And when we tried it together, it was delicious! Both the sake and the snacks were delicious! Ah, so this is the beauty of pairing! The sake is getting better and better! As I was taking an interest in the sake, I realized something... FOOD PAIRING Meat Dishes. It said on the back label, wow! The end. Sorry for the long post (_ _*))

Good morning, Miyabi 😃. Sometimes I feel it's too beautiful, too watery and featureless 😓 🙁. So your wife's inspiration 💡 to match the meat 🥩 is perfect 👌quite a feat 👍. Nice job with the punchline too😆.

Hi Jay & Nobby😊. Sometimes it's hard to grasp the features, isn't it? ←I'm relieved I'm not the only one. My wife is usually a wine drinker, but maybe there is a similarity with sake as well. The punchline is just a coincidence.
