Slight firing! It's good! And after a while, the gassy feeling is gone and the taste changes? It tastes softer and softer! This is delicious! ←Holy shit! Usually it has a white label, but this season's limited unfiltered, unpasteurized sake has a pink label! The rice is Ginpu. The rice is Ginpu! It's delicious! The umami is still a bit young (sorry for my lack of expression), but it is delicious! It's a special junmai, but the specs are just as good as jundai! I think it's good!

I am praying for the reconstruction of not only this brewery but also other breweries that were affected by the earthquake! This is delicious! ←(The usual "W"). As you drink it, you will find some "oriki" mixed in, but that's good! It's not a self-taste change, but it changes the expression of the sake! ♪♪♪♪♪ I've had a few sakes from Kyushu, but I wasn't as interested then as I am now💦. I didn't take any pictures or anything 💦. This time, I went to my usual liquor store and chose a bottle that I had been curious about for a while! It's Shigemasu! This is delicious! Fruity aroma, mellow and umami taste, but with a clean aftertaste! Excellent cost-effectiveness (cosmetics)! Personally, I think it's a good sake!

♪♪♪♪ This is my first time in Daishinshu, and it's suddenly from "Breaking the Code"! I couldn't help but buy it because it was like ras 1 at my usual liquor store! I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not, but it's a good idea! ←I'm so glad I bought it! I didn't know what "breaking the law" was, but I looked it up and was convinced! The aroma is good! The mouthfeel is soft! And it tastes good... ←I only say it tastes good basically.

♪♪♪♪ Drunken Whale. Junmai Daiginjo. I think it is more light than mellow (personal opinion!). It's refreshing and drinkable right from the start! The 4-gou bottle is getting empty. The aftertaste is dry. Double snack of under ice fish (komai) and prosciutto cheese Surprisingly, cheese might go better with this than fish! This is another delicious bottle!

♪♪♪♪♪ The first item for the New Year is Goho (郷宝)! I bought a set of 3 bottles at the end of the year from the Goho online store and was planning to start the year with "Kitashizuku"! This is water for adults (that's a huge compliment!). It has a gorgeous aroma, a mild mouthfeel, and a dry feeling that leaves your nose at the end of the drink (sorry, I don't have the vocabulary for that!). It's amazing! It's so delicious! The 4-gos. bottle was gone in no time at all! This is just my personal opinion.

I wonder if they used materials they had in stock since it is a limited edition from the brewery. I regret a little that I should have asked about that too! During the tasting at the brewery, the customer in front of us called for the last two bottles! It seems they bought it! -----? Last one? Ah! I'll buy it! It's a limited edition! It's mellow and dry. It's a perfect marriage with seafood.
