I prefer dry sake, and I've had Drunken Whale, Minami, and Funanchu Hassaku from Kochi, but now I've had Kameizumi. When I bought it, I was a bit taken aback by the comments about it being fruity, pineapple, fragrant, and white wine. It's a sweet sake. The label is kind of simple or lean. I can't imagine the taste from the label!

I've been enjoying Nagano's sake with delicious soba noodles. I have been drinking mainly Miyasaka and Dawn before. I drank Kanto for the first time. It has a slightly melon-like aroma, dry taste, a little bit of alcohol, and a strong taste.

This is the first time I had a drink from Gunma. I had heard of Tsuchida before, but I liked the simplicity of the label, and I couldn't resist buying it. It has a hint of yogurt and a refreshing, yet mellow and sour taste. It's good!

I was attracted by the new arrival and bought it. It's a nice nigorizake. The first sip was a little sour, but the basic taste is sweetness and gas. The fact that the inside of the cup is cloudy is also a nice touch.

A friend of mine recommended Kunigon to me. I had only ever drunk Tobiroki from Fukushima, so I was excited to try it. It has a refreshing aroma, a little acidity, and a light and elegant feeling.

The first sake in Toyama. This is Haneya that I was interested in at Toyama antenna shop in Nihonbashi. It has a mellow taste that only unpasteurized sake can have. The richness is irresistible. The aroma is not too strong and elegant.

The bottle is so cool! The midnight blue label. The midnight blue label is cool! I like the glowing blue color! The taste is sweet, but with time you can also taste a little acidity. ...... Yamamoto is delicious!

After having delicious motsunoyaki, we had Kido Haginotsuru, and finally Kitayuki. It was the first time for me to drink a sake from Sado Island in Niigata. The light and dry taste is good for those who like motsuyaki.

This is my first Gangi. I've been drinking sake from Yamaguchi for a while now. Gangi has a good aroma, a deep (dark) taste, and is a little sweet. For me, I think it's Kaki > Gangi.

When I ordered Kido at a bar, I was served Jikin. I was so surprised at the unexpected turn of events, and it tasted so good, I couldn't stop drinking. (The bar was out of Kido, so they said, "If you don't mind, we have today's daily special sake.)
