I received this as a souvenir. When I read the description that it is brewed with subsoil water from Mount Fuji and blended with deep sea water from Izu, I felt like "what the heck is this? It has a refreshing taste.
This is the first shot of the New Year. I heard that it is mostly consumed locally, so I was curious to see what it was like and bought it. It's light with a hint of sweetness.
The aroma is fruity!
This is the first time to taste Hakutsuru Nishiki. It is light and has a slight sweetness.
There is a little bitterness after drinking and it is delicious.
