My first Oita sake, Chiebijin.
First time, but behind the scenes!
Sweet aroma like pineapple and melon.
Slightly effervescent!
Like a rice champagne.
It tastes firmly of rice.
It is fruity but not too sweet.
Since it has a bit of a sweetness to it, it goes well with meat, but it also goes well with cheese!
I opened a bottle in no time.
I would like to try the Chiebijin that is not backed up.
Pairings: Beef grilled with sansho (Japanese pepper), tuna and asparagus salad, prosciutto ham and arugula salad, chicken in oil
