First time in Daishinshu! Debuted in hand.
I have always wanted to drink this sake.
Melon-like aroma.
Refreshing on the palate!
The mouthfeel is surprisingly light, not unlike sake.
It is easy to drink like water with a sour taste.
It is like a light white wine and goes well with cheese.
I started drinking it fruity even when it was chilled, but it is just as easy to drink when it is lukewarm.
I thought Daishinshu was more austere and dry, but it became my favorite brand.
Pairings: Salmon sashimi, pancakes, garlic pota-pota grilled cheese, eggplant cod roe butter, thick fried cheese, an doughnut
