常に初陣
This is my first Banshu Ikkan.
I drank it on a trip and enjoyed it, so I bought it.
It is Aizan, which just came out.
The aroma is fruity and smells like apples!
It has a strong flavor, but it also has a refreshing acidity.
It has a spicy aftertaste, just like sake,
It is easy to drink and is my favorite sake.
It seems to go well with just about anything, but it went well with sweet and spicy sukiyaki.
Pairing: Sukiyaki, cucumber, tomato and mozzarella cheese salad
