I see, it is a sake that goes well with meals 🧐I had a feeling for a moment that it was like Edo Kaijo, but the acidity in Genmai does not linger. It's soft 😋.

It is a delicious sake, just as it is reputed to be. Shinshu Kamerei is also popular, but Genmai had a more subdued taste. The new car came on schedule and I'm happy to buy Genshu Mai too 😆.
