This is a different version of Amezure, a souvenir from my recent visit to Daisen. I haven't had a chance to drink the tazake yet, so we take turns drinking it, but I can't really tell the difference 😓 It's a bit more classical for Amezure, but it's totally easy to drink. It really is a little bit classical.
It also has a weak aroma, which is unique to Amezure. I think the more sweet and sour the brand is, the more fragrant it is 🤔.
The photo is spring water from the Aburi Shrine underground passage. This is how Amefall is brewed.
