Yoshida Kura has been on my mind for a while. It has some kind of novelty label and I was torn between red and green.
Upon opening the bottle, a nice popping sound. It has a strong schwarziness, and the sharpness is weak. It is juicy sweet and sour, but the acidity wins. The balance is good🙆.
At the time, I was wondering whether to buy Senkou's Kabutomushi, but this sake can replace it 🤔.
The characteristic is the hinted aroma, which has a slight habit of mottling. I would say it is a juice, but this habit brings back the feeling that it is sake.
