In winter, I stopped by Nagashima Sake Shop in Numazu, and found an abundant display of Isojiman 😲.
I often have it for drinking out, but this is actually the first time I have purchased it for home use. It was also the first time for me to buy a bottle of nama-shu (unpasteurized sake).
A little expensive, I guess.
What surprised me was how similar it was to Yoshida Kurau. The strain is the same 🤔.
The difference is that Yoshidagura is refreshing and Isoboast is mellow and spicy.
Mellow and fruity. Surely this is a winter sake.
