The Miyamanishiki we had last time was dry and dry. This one is extremely sweet. It has an elegant, sugary, fruity sweetness. And it is dry and sharp. It has a slight bitterness (I've been drinking sake for several years, and I'm finally getting a sense of bitterness these days 😓). It makes me feel rich.
