I have kept this one from last year.
I bought it because I had previously enjoyed the same brand of Zero. It seems to be made with hydrangea flower yeast.
This one was a little dry with less sweetness. The aroma was similar to that of Setoichi. The brewery usually brews several brands, but they all have a unique aroma in common. I've recently figured it out 🧐.
I had rakkyo kimchi and soba noodles to go with it.
