Timeline
ellieDuring my business trip to Yokohama in April, I was able to stop by Ichiishiya Sake Shop. They mainly carried sake from all over Japan, so I chose a sake that you don't see very often in Shizuoka 😆.
Taste...
Quite noticeably sweet. At room temperature, it is like candy. There is no sourness or bitterness, and it goes down like water. But at the end, it has a sake-like feeling that leaves your nose 😋 The snacks were grilled mackerel with rice malted rice and soba noodles.
It has been a long time since I had a three-day weekend. Tomorrow I will either clean the house or go to Ashigara to visit a sake brewery 🤔... YukoLabel buy, nineteen after a long time.
It seems to be a precious bottle, limited to one per person.
The taste is easy to drink with a good balance of sweetness and acidity! ふとくぼ🔰Melon aroma. Sweet and sour like melon juice in the mouth. The mouthfeel is surprisingly light. It is light, clear, and sinks right in. It's really tasty.
🕺🕺🕺🕺🕺 ふとくぼ🔰Muscat aroma. Gentle chile-chile muscat on the palate. Recent gentle chile-chile type atmosphere. The taste is a little bit bitter and alty, so it's very drinkable. ふとくぼ🔰Aroma of rumminess. When you put it in your mouth, it has a light and clear feeling as if it were natural water made from soda. It is light and dry with a slight sourness. It is not spicy, but refreshing. There is also a slight aroma of rice. It is quite good for a refreshing sake. It is delicious.
🕺🕺🕺🕺 バナ@39I'm going to make a paper airplane with my dream written on the back of the test and throw it into the sky.
This is seriously the only song I know from 19.
I love it, it's so emo.
I was a serious student, so I never made paper airplanes for tests. I had to review the questions I got wrong.
I bought it on 2/23.
What a shame. I bought a bottle of cat wine.
It would have been nice if I could have bought it on Feb. 22.
The name of the sake means "wild cat.
The "6" on the tail means "No. 6 yeast.
Opening the bottle.
The aroma is subdued.
The attack is sweet and refreshing, but the bitterness and astringency appear quickly, giving a strong impression of that. The retraction is quick and unassuming.
I see, it's a nora-neko.
After a couple of days, the taste swells a little.
The sweetness expands.
I see. I've become a house cat.
The jars are cute, so I want to buy some more.
I think I'll display the empty bottles. ふとくぼ🔰The very popular Tsububu grape. It is a record because it is Hououmida in the sake base.
The aroma of sweet grapes. When you put it in your mouth, it is sweet grape juice. It is more grape juice than the rumor. The aftertaste is quite refreshing. Even though I'm a weak drinker, I don't feel the alcohol at all. If you drink it with carbonation, it is like Fanta. It is a high class Fanta.
🕺🕺🕺🕺 ふとくぼ🔰Yuichiro-sama Speaking of Fanta, this one is 👍 orange, but YukoI dropped in at a liquor store on the outskirts of Yokohama Chinatown. The owner, who likes to talk, told me about an interesting sake and I bought this one. Apparently this "Takachiyo" is made by someone in the apparel industry! The labeling was gorgeous and colorful, and I couldn't decide which color to choose.
This Niigata sake has a fruity aroma. バナ@39The results of my physical checkup in November have come back.
It seems that my liver function is leaking bile.
When I went to the gastroenterologist, I was told that it was "constitutional jaundice".
The doctor assured me that I'm totally fine, so I can drink at ease during the year-end and New Year holidays.
So, let's start with the sake I bought during the period of abstinence until the recheck.
Same as above, Takachiyo is a blue check for summer sake.
It was a liquor store in Yokohama Chinatown, but it was a super hole in the wall.
I've never seen so many Takachiyo in a refrigerator before.
We collected the sake we missed drinking in the summer.
We started with the nigori from the top.
Perhaps because it's been a long time, it doesn't have a piquancy.
The sweetness stands out. What is the aroma?
Soda? I've seen some people say it's soda, so I guess that's what it is, but it's pulled in by its appearance.
I'm not sure if it's the taste or the appearance.
If you mix in the ori, the bitterness is added and it tastes clean and crisp.
It is much better to mix ori.
It's a refreshing summer sake, and it's easy to finish in no time.
Let's quit in moderation lol. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
