ellieI have kept this one from last year.
I bought it because I had previously enjoyed the same brand of Zero. It seems to use hydrangea flower yeast.
This one was a little dry with less sweetness. The aroma was a bit like Setoichi. I think the brewery brews several brands, but all of them have a unique aroma in common. I've recently figured it out 🧐.
I had rakkyo kimchi and soba noodles to go with it. ジェイ&ノビィHi ellie 😃
The wind seems to pass through 😌Simple label 😋Somewhat dry is good 😋.
Thank you for the clear Fuji 🗻😊. ellieHi Jay & Novi😃
I think most of the sake from this brewery is dry which is easy to drink ^ ^.
Personally, I liked the sweetness of Zero, although it is not dry. I like this brewery but it is a bit expensive 😓. SetoichiBlowin’ in the wind 風が吹いたら Another Edition 十水仕込み特別純米生貯蔵酒 ellieI had some time to kill, so I drove to Seto Sake Brewery in Ashigara.
This brewery has a really wide variety of brands. After much hesitation, I bought two bottles 🤔.
I heard that they don't produce any raw sake. I heard that the toji here doesn't like to change the taste. That's why they mainly store it fresh. They are very thorough.
We had prepared a cooler box in anticipation of the fresh sake 😅.
The brewery is equipped with a tatami room where you can drink while looking at the garden.
I heard that highballs are recommended, so I had one of these.
The subtitle of this article is very long.
The taste is...
It tasted very easy to drink without carbonation, and the gentle sweetness stood out!
The side dishes were Spanish mackerel grilled with saikyo, cream cheese and mortadella. ジェイ&ノビィHi ellie 😃
I went to the brewery with a cooler box 🚙 and I was well prepared 😅.
The words 'when the wind blows' reminded me of gout 😆. ellieGood evening Jay & Nobby😁.
That's what I've been told lol.
The naming sense is as good as the yukata outfit that was uploaded earlier: ❗️ たくのんTasted and purchased at the brewery
🍶 made at Aizan.
It was full, tasty and gentle.
It was delicious and I would like to purchase it again. たくのんIt has a green apple-like aroma. There is a bitter aftertaste due to the slightly high alcohol content, but it is clean and refreshing and I drank it cold and swishy.
It was delicious! 渡辺 隼人This is a refreshing junmai ginjo sake brewed with the flower yeast of Ajisai, the flower of Kaisei-machi, and inspired by the scenery around the brewery.
The moment you drink it, you will feel fresh and refreshed in your mouth. It is very easy to drink.
