Apart from drinking with my sons, I had some business to attend to and stayed in Morioka. I went to Yakitori and Mifuku as usual. 😁.
I don't come here that often, but there was still some Hyakushun in the fridge, so I thought, "Oh no! I thought, "Oh no!" and chose another brand. 😅
I went extremely orthodox and ordered a Junmai from Akabu.
The menu said Junmai Ginjo, but what came out was Junmai.
I thought it was okay and took a sip.
Yes, it has a beautiful sweetness and a slight sourness.
It is very tasty when served with tsukune, which I always order!
The counter was nice, but the air conditioner was blowing from above, so the one facing the kitchen was a little bad. I'm not sure what to expect 😓.
I think the usual window side is the right choice.
