It is a little cold today on the coast of Iwate Prefecture.
Even though the double-flowered cherry blossoms have fallen and the azaleas are in full bloom, it's still not possible to put away the stove yet because it's not uncommon for the maximum temperature to not reach 15℃. 😅
Well, this time, we had a general meeting and get-together of an industry group last week, so I asked Mr. Murai, the president of Gin-no-Sake Kibune, to help me look up some things for us! 🎉
I opened the cardboard box, and lo and behold!
There was a bottle of Ten Frog in it! 😱
And it's clear dry!
Whatever it is, they say it's suitable for long-term aging because it's fire-aged and the gas pressure doesn't change and it's not cloudy. 😁.
But now that I have it, I have to serve it to you all! (LOL)

Oh, the bubbles are so lively.
No oily bubbles, and it looks beautiful.
At 8 degrees alcohol, it has a light, light mouthfeel.
Everyone was bursting with smiles and saying "Delicious! with smiles on their faces! 👍
