Summer sake I was curious about.
It was refreshing. It seems to be recommended to drink it with ice, so even in the hot summer, it was a sake that could be enjoyed cool and chilled.
Sweet, gorgeous, fruity.
It is lightly cloudy with a slight effervescence in the mouth.
This is a star sake (a famous sake) whose price has been skyrocketing recently, and even those who are not good at sake and don't know much about it can enjoy drinking it.
But the price is about 2,000 yen including tax.
Sake is interesting.
The sake I received.
As the name suggests, I had an image that it was too light and watery (I had an impression of water when I drank it before), but it was not like that at all. It was a delicious sake that I could drink easily in this hot and humid season.
I am grateful for the sake I receive, as it makes me aware of many things.
Sake given as a gift.
It is thick. It has a gaseous taste. The aroma is strong.
It is more assertive than during the meal, so I drank it after the meal. Delicious.
The lid is cute.
I bought this sake because I saw the label and thought it was to my liking.
I liked it; it was R1BY and classified as old sake. Yellow color. The umami spreads. The moderate acidity is also good.
This is a sake sold only at the brewery and given as a gift.
I thought it was very refreshing when I put it in my mouth, but as I drank it, I found it to be addictive with a strong umami flavor.
It was my favorite kind of sake.
When I visited Yoshinoyama for the first time in April, I bought this sake on a street lined with many stores. There were quite a few different kinds, and I chose this one after being allowed to taste it.
When poured into a bowl, it is yellow in color. It has a calm taste. It is a taste I have been enjoying recently and I enjoyed it easily. The alcohol content is 18%.
Yoshinoyama was so beautiful.
This is a brewery limited edition sake that I bought on a visit to Mikotsuru Shuzo.
I knew it was good, but it was delicious.
It is the kind of sake that you want to drink warm. The aroma is very spreadable, so a wine glass or a large glass is recommended (it says so on the back).
We were also given a tour of the brewery during our visit, which was a great memory.
I bought it because I had never seen the label of Brahma before.
It was about 1,500 yen.
It was sweet, but moderate, and I drank it smoothly.
I enjoyed it with the scorpionfish I caught.
Sake we received as a gift.
It has a strong flavor with a rich taste. It went well with the simmered chicken meat and the shiso leaves.
It is a luxurious sake.
Oh, it's good.
It's like a gentle sweetness. It has a lot of cakes. It tastes good even if you leave it for a while after opening.
I thought it would be better to drink it cold.
I found an old Shichibonjari sake and bought it.
I like old sake these days. I think I would have preferred this one at room temperature, not heated up.
The master said, "When I say Kameizumi in Kochi, I mean this.
Master said, "This is the one.
CEL is for the city, he said with a laugh.
Memories of the trip.
When I asked at the liquor store for a recommendation of a good sake to warm up I asked the sake shop for a good recommendation for warming up sake.
I was surprised to learn that nigori sake can be heated up.
It is of course delicious hiya-ya, and has a fruity flavor.
When heated up, it becomes more mellow and delicious. Sake is fun.
I bought it to warm up, but it is also delicious cold.
It has a rich umami flavor that is typical of Yamahai.
The acidity is also strong. I think it goes well with datemaki.
I can't wait for the New Year vacations to be over.
I recently had a chance to get into aged sake.
I bought a bottle of Mine no Yuki 17BY.
When I warmed it up in the chirori, it was delicious.
It has a chocolatey flavor and goes well with cheese and salami.
It's great in winter when it's hot.
