A sake I didn't know I bought with a label. It had a nice aroma and tasted dry and refreshing with almost no sweetness. It had 19 degrees of alcohol. When I tried warming it up, it had a stronger "monyoo" taste. It is also good warmed up.

A friend of mine who loves mountain climbing gave me this sake because he saw it at the ropeway station on the way down to the North Alps. So I got this sake. Sorry for the extra luggage, but thank you very much. I had it cold, fresh out of the fridge, because of the sake concept. It is delicious. The moment I put it in my mouth, I thought it was a barrel? No, no, what is it? There was a sourness that made me think, "What is it?

Shinshu Kamerei is very popular and hard to find these days. I bought it when I visited Okazaki Shuzo in Ueda the other day. It has been a long time since I have had a fruity sake. I think it was this type of sake that originally started my love for sake. It is delicious.

I was attracted to the label because of the "Returned Gorgeous, Erotic" statement on the label. I guess it says "return" on the label. It seems to be a sake made by an initiative called 59 Sake in Nagano. It was not too sweet and went well with a meal.

When I visited Kametaya Sake Brewery, I happened to run into them at one of their regularly scheduled direct bottling events and bought this sake. I found it interesting that the sake I tasted on the spot was different from the one I tasted at home a while later. When I tasted the sake straight from the bottle, it was fresh and crisp! When I drank it at home, the freshness was reduced and the umami was more pronounced.

I decided to buy some sake from Ueda and bought a packet for the first time in a long time. The red label is nice. The color is slightly yellow, almost no sweetness, and deliciously dry. If it were available at a sushi restaurant, I would choose it.

Aged sake from Ozawa Brewery. It tastes better warmed up. I thought so, so I heated it up even though it was summer. It's good warmed up. I enjoyed it with dried persimmon butter I bought in Ishikawa.

This is the sake I received. It is a light cloudy sake, or rather pure white. It is mildly sweet. It has an atmosphere of amazake, but it is not too sweet. It was served with grilled cod roe.

It is said to be sold only in Fukui Prefecture. It is said to be made from Gohyakumangoku sake grown in the Anaso district of Ono City. The taste is typical of Kuroryu. I love Fukui.

Sweet, gorgeous, fruity. It is lightly cloudy with a slight effervescence in the mouth. This is a star sake (a famous sake) whose price has been skyrocketing recently, and even those who are not good at sake and don't know much about it can enjoy drinking it. But the price is about 2,000 yen including tax. Sake is interesting.

The sake I received. As the name suggests, I had an image that it was too light and watery (I had an impression of water when I drank it before), but it was not like that at all. It was a delicious sake that I could drink easily in this hot and humid season. I am grateful for the sake I receive, as it makes me aware of many things.

Sake given as a gift. It is thick. It has a gaseous taste. The aroma is strong. It is more assertive than during the meal, so I drank it after the meal. Delicious. The lid is cute.

When I visited Yoshinoyama for the first time in April, I bought this sake on a street lined with many stores. There were quite a few different kinds, and I chose this one after being allowed to taste it. When poured into a bowl, it is yellow in color. It has a calm taste. It is a taste I have been enjoying recently and I enjoyed it easily. The alcohol content is 18%. Yoshinoyama was so beautiful.
