On a trip to Kochi, I went to a liquor store and bought a bottle because I had never seen the label before. I bought it because I had never seen the label before. After buying it, I took a closer look and saw that it was made by Kameizumi Sake Brewery. I bought it, and then looked at it more closely. The color was almost clear, with a light gassy and mildly fresh taste. There's still some left, so I'll try heating it up.

This bottle was selected from among the limited edition sake available in Akita Prefecture at the Akita Station liquor store. The flavor of rice is typical of unfiltered junmai sake. It has a solid feel. It says it is recommended to drink cold, but I guess it can also be served lukewarm. It was gone before I could try it. I remember seeing the president of Shinmasa when I went to a popular izakaya in front of the station.

Bought this sake as a souvenir from a trip to Kochi. Softly aromatic, light gassy and juicy flavor. I wonder if the locals mentioned that it's getting harder to buy locally these days. There were plenty where there were any. We enjoyed it while reflecting on our trip.

Sake with the strongest peculiarities. It is hard to find a sake with such strong aroma, acidity, and umami. I think it goes well with Chinese and spicy food. I prefer it at room temperature or higher.

Sake made at Nakatani Sake Brewery's brewing experience in April 2023. I drank a freshly made one last year and thought it was not to my liking, so I used it as a cooking sake. I thought I didn't like it, so I used it as a cooking sake, but there was only a little left, so I decided to try it and found it to be delicious. It has a fruity aroma, gentle acidity, umami, and a little bitterness. It was a fun brewing experience in Nara during the cherry blossom season.

I tasted it and liked the rice flavor of the so-called sake, the label (or name?) looked spring-like, and it was inexpensive at the 1,200 yen price range! I bought it because I liked the rice flavor, the label (or name?) looked spring-like, and it was cheap at 1,200 yen! I didn't know this, but Sakura Masamune is the original brewer of the Masamune name. It has a strong umami flavor, but the color is almost transparent. I like it better when it is heated up. I'll add it to my list of sake to buy when I see it.

The simple bottle caught my eye and I bought it. There were several kinds of bottles, but I thought I could taste the umami in this 91% polished one. It has a gentle aroma, and is a deliciously refreshing type of sake. Just the way I like it. I think it tastes bitter right after taking it out of the fridge, but as it gets closer to room temperature, it becomes more to my liking.

The sake we received. When drunk cold, it comes in refreshingly clear, and as it gets to room temperature, the bitterness comes out a little more. I like it this way, but I think I preferred it cold. It was delicious. I really appreciate receiving sake as a souvenir.

Aged sake from Koshi. A sake that can definitely be heated up hot with strong acidity and umami. I took a tour of the brewery. I have toured several sake breweries, but I think the explanation was the most detailed so far. I recommend it with lunch.
