Yamatoden is a sword forging method. It has a clean, crisp taste, almost no sweetness, and no aftertaste, but it has a dry flavor and is delicious! It is a model of light and dry sake in my opinion.
The one that was Ponshukan #1.
The polished glass image of the cup is reflected in the taste, which is wonderful! Round, not sweet but gentle and refreshing. It is round, not sweet, but gently refreshing, with a slight aroma.
My friend gave me this sake as a gift from Fukui! It's delicious!
I thought it was strong for a moment, but soon it had a nice aroma, not fruity, but heavy and gorgeous. It's not sweet. I like it because it's unusual!
The first sip is a bit of a surprise, but as you continue to drink it, you get used to it and it gets better and better! It has a new sweet and sour taste, like it's not sake. It has a yogurt aftertaste.
A souvenir from a trip to Niigata!
The aroma and initial taste is sweet, with the maximum sweetness of rice and a thickening sensation. The aftertaste, however, disappears very quickly. Delicious.
Maybe it's because I'm in a drunken stupor on the bullet train back to Niigata, but it's very easy to drink! It's sweet and leaves an aftertaste, but it's also sweet, so it's totally delicious.
It is very lactobacillus-like! It's sweet, but just a little bit sour, really like yogurt. It may be too sweet for me personally as a food wine, but it is very tasty!
