So here it is, Tsukichuten!
This time it's a single heating of the original sake... The color of the background is different from the last time I drank it... I knew it was a cute little nyan cat 🥰.
The initial taste is sweet like grapes, then sour with a hint of apple, but it finishes early!
The aftertaste is well balanced, not too long and not too short.
As the temperature rises a little, the acidity becomes more pronounced than the sweetness...
This is my favorite!
