This is my 500th review to commemorate!
I was wondering what to drink, but then I remembered that I started Sake-no-wa in search of new encounters... so here it is this time!
It's my first time at Yoshinotomo Sake Brewery!
The label is a bush and a light truck from the beloved "Toyama Soft Center"... yes, it's a collaboration (please search for it on YouTube)!
By purchasing this product, you can also donate to animal welfare projects, which is a three-for-one level of fulfillment!
As for the taste, it goes from quite sweet to light and crisp with a light alty taste.
As the temperature rises, the umami of the rice also spreads out (although the alu flavor increases a little along with it)...it might be good warmed up!
I didn't know about this one, but I like it!
