This time it's Suehiro Sake Brewery!
They say it's "Amai" (sweet), but... well, what do you think?
Well... this is sweet!
The sweetness comes first, followed by a slight bitterness that refreshes the palate!
As the temperature rises, the overall taste becomes rounder, and a light sourness can be felt at the same time.
The sweetness is just as I imagined it would be, but it's not too strong, and it's not too bitter, so I think it would be fine even during a meal.
By the way, the label shows mysterious characters drinking together... what are these guys?

I took a closer look at the tiny label with my presbyopic eyes, and it looks like a potato...like a hard-fatty potato in shape, lol.
