After my trip to Sendai, I was curious about Miyagi sake and bought some nearby ✨Kenkunichi was delicious to drink at a store in Sendai 😁. Almost no aroma. The mouthfeel is a little bit tender? Gentle rice flavor, acidity and bitterness with a crisp and refreshing aftertaste 🎐. It's a summer sake ✨. I like Kenkunichi after all 😋.

I have been thinking about drinking alcohol for a few days since I was chastised for drinking too much the other day. My husband thought I had said too much, so he bought me a bottle of sake as a souvenir and we drank it together for the first time in a while 😊. They all have a melon aroma and 🍈I thought the rich umami flavor came with a gusto for the fresh aroma, but then it just disappears ✨. This was actually my first time with Yamagata Masamune, and it's delicious 😍. The second half was spent in the garden. It was a good time ☺️

Although the proprietress of the liquor store told me it was sweet, I bought it because of the high praise for sakewa and the word "industry-academia-government collaboration" ✨. As a result, I don't remember the taste well because I drank a little bit of this and a little bit of Sandeshi the other day and opened a souvenir from Sendai 🤣It was a light calpis feeling, a little bit of saké, and not too sweet with a refreshing aftertaste that killed me instantly 😱. My friend came to my house on the way and we got involved and drank so much that I fell asleep and worried about my kids... I was pissed later on 🤣. But I didn't throw up all over the place just because I fell asleep...that's what happens on a Saturday night~ right? 🤣

I went to Sendai✨ In choosing my souvenirs, I bought some to drink at the hotel for now 😁. I honestly don't remember that much about it since I drank it outside and then drank it after I got home 😅. It was a delicious sake, clear, acidic and easy to drink ✨. It was delicious with dried squid I bought at the convenience store 😋.

Noto Peninsula was hit by an earthquake today as well 😢. Shirafuji sake brewery was not damaged by the earthquake. I am glad to hear that. We received this bottle a little while ago. It is made from the unrefined sake that was rescued from the tank and pressed at Goso Sake Brewery in Yuho 😭. It has a mild aroma and a sugary sweetness that spreads gently and softly... I was told that it was squeezed at a different brewery than usual, so it's more refreshing than it should be, but it's still Shirakiku 😭😋. It's a sinking taste 😭😋. I was so grateful for it 😭

I was lured by the store's comment about fresh bonito and 🐟 it's the season for the first bonito 🌿. I had it cold 🍀. It has a rich umami flavor that spreads out without much aroma, followed by a bit of sourness that is dry and crisp ✨There seems to be a bit of lactic acidity in the aroma? 🤔 Great with bonito with grated ginger on top 😋. Delicious! 🥰 I talked to the clerk at the store once and thought it looked kind of close to Yuho, so I didn't buy it then, but I didn't realize it was so close to Yuho Shiro 💕 I'm having trouble keeping up with my favorites lately 😍 I'd like to try more of them 🎶.

Here is the one I failed to post. I was a bit nervous about this one because it was 18%, but it was a dangerous one with a strong umami flavor that was easy to drink! The aroma is mild, with a little bit of lactic acidity and umami, and the high alcohol content makes it crisp and dry ✨. Yes, this is a dry Yuho no Shiro 💕 Hah~ unforgettable~ I want another bottle 😋. Next time I want to pair it with something like bonito 🐟.

The kind of glamorous schwash that you want to drink after a while of old man booze ✨. I was able to find those at a liquor store 😊. This is my first Kitajima 🥰. I started with the supernatant ✨! It's pretty sweet 🤔 so I mixed in some ori and it cleared up a bit🍀The lactobacillus type aroma and the shuwashuwa came out and it's a dangerous one 😋It's delicious without being too sweet 💕. Lately it's been like how you can buy a good drink for under 1700 yen 🤣. This one is 1540 yen, which is a great cosmetic ✨Kitajima, I want to try the other ones 🎶.

The one bottle I brought to camp ✨ Last time we were at camp, there were 5 people drinking and all we had was 1 4-pack bottle and the booze that the others had carried in their water bottles. The result of that reflection was this time: many beers, 1 bottle, and 3 quart bottles. And then, the director's wife got mad at me 🤣. Shikishima has a great smoky aroma and dry sharpness, no matter which one I drink 😋. It's totally my favorite brand 💕. It was excellent with the salmon and barbecued over charcoal that someone else brought 🥰.

I was curious about this drink when I saw it on Sake Wawa ✨. It's hard to open the cork and I hate it for a moment before drinking it 🤣. Gentle umami, astringency, bitterness, and a lingering aftertaste that seems to cut through quickly and delicately... This is delicious with a deep flavor! All purple space looks delicious, but I've been looking for a cosy one lately and it's hard to find one 😭. It's a luxury item 😋.

Yuho, Yuho, Hanasaka Yuho🎶 Yuho is not so far north in Noto Peninsula, and it's already open for normal business or new products were normally get✨. Contrary to the image of Yuho, it smells sweet 😳. The sweetness comes with a bang, but the lactobacillus type aroma takes over, and it's very crisp with a hint of gas ✨. I still love Yuho 😍.

This is a popular drink at Sake-no-Wa🌸 I was curious to try it ☺️ It has a slight yellowish tinge. It has a soft sweet aroma, and when you put it in your mouth, it has a gentle sweetness, but it's not cloying, it has a slight spring-like sweetness 🌸. It was gone in 2 days before I knew what it was 😭 It was delicious💕

This year is our 10th wedding anniversary💕 We got the Nikko Honor that was given to us 10 years ago for our 339th wedding anniversary ✨. I was told that Yumesasara and Omachi were newly released recently, and after smelling the aroma, I decided on the Yumesasara. The Omachi one seemed to have a lot of sourness 🤔. The aroma is light 🍈 and you can taste a hint of umami in the mouth, but soon the bitterness or astringency comes and it's dry. The astringency comes and it's dry ✨Clean aftertaste🍀. Delicious 😊Liked it 🥰. To be honest, I used to buy it because "I drank it at a wedding", but this one I want to repeat just for the taste! I'm also interested in the Omachi 😋.

It wasn't that long ago, but I don't remember the details here. It's the one I had actually bought with the intention of giving it to a friend, but I somehow ran out and opened it 🤣. It wasn't the first shibori, but there was some raw sake and the owner of the sake shop said it was this one (dim memory 🤣). But really. I think Yuho Junmai is the best. ✨To be honest, on its own it seems ordinary, but when paired with a meal, it suddenly shines 🤩. I've been feeling not so great with the recent turn of events, and I've been abstaining from alcohol for a week without conscious thought 😱 I felt like having a little drink, and Manachy raved about it, so I had it right away 😊. I went to a liquor store that has a large stock of Ippo Mi and they only had the stable 1st 🤣 but every liquor store in Tsukuba has it so I got it safe and sound✨. The 1st was a bit sweet or had a long aftertaste, so I had high hopes for this one 🤩. I smelled it with my daughter and said Daughter: apple! Me: Melon! You never can tell 🤣. Gentle sweetness with a firm bitterness and a refreshing aftertaste 😍. It tastes like something that calms the zany mood of early spring. This one is certainly more refreshing and delicious💕 To be honest, Urasato's young, handsome look was too dazzling for me to get close to, but this one has a bit of astringency to it 🥰. I'd like to try more Urasato and drink more of it so I can make it a souvenir of Tsukuba 😁.

My friend said it was delicious, similar to Hakusyu or Yuho no Shiro 😁 so I rushed out to buy some. It has a moderately fruity aroma 🍏. Full sweetness, lactobacillus type aroma, a little bit of a shwash, and a nice sharpness ✨. Delicious 😋. It was sweeter and mellower than Hakusyu and Yuho 🌼. The Four Seasons series from Tedorigawa is great for a seasonal taste 💕.
