I got it for White Day💕I heard that she likes it since someone at work gave it to her before, Gazanryu ☺️ I can't really smell it because of my hay fever, but my daughter thinks it's mixed juice 🍹! 🤔 I was so happy to see the taste and the acidity in my mouth, and I was convinced 😁 that it's mixed juice 🤣. I've never had it before and I drank a lot of it and didn't have any left over for White Day 😅Thanks for the early treat 🥰.

I gave up once on the 4-gou bottles that I can't see this year's yet and got this year's 1-sake bottles🍀. I want to drink new sake while it's still new 🥰. Gentle aroma🍏. A light, mild sweetness flows through the bottle and is capped off by a firm bitterness 😍 with a slight tanginess that makes it refreshing to drink ✨. The bitterness goes well with the taste of spring 😊. I still love it💕Good thing I got a bottle 🎶. And 3000 yen is fantastic✨! I like nigori, especially active nigori, and I've had a lot of them, but I don't think I've ever had such a clear and transparent flavor🍀. I think I'll buy another bottle not only because it's this year's bottle, but also because it's the next one 🥰.

I got it at the same time as the light nigori ✨ It has the same fruity apple aroma and sweet flavor as the Usunigori, but this one is lighter on the palate and has a little bit of a squashy taste that gives it a nice kick 😍. It was a bit of a gulp for a 15%, but I couldn't resist downing another and another... 😓. It's a dangerous bottle: ⚠️

After liking Kikusen for a while and drinking it by the bottle, I wanted to drink a trendy sake for the first time in a while and got✨. I was curious to see how many people were drinking it at Sake no Wa 🤩. Sweet fruity aroma. It's a little thick and richly sweet, but the bitterness comes later and it's not too bitter. ☺️ However, the sweetness was a little too much for me, and I preferred the other bottle, the unfiltered nama sake 😋.

Last time I enjoyed Fuyutatsubaki so much that I decided to try the classic? I also tried the regular one 😊. I didn't notice much of an aroma. It has an elegant flavor in the mouth and the same smoky aroma as the Winter Camellia 🥃It has a bit of gasiness and a firm bitter taste and is dry and sharp ✨. It's kind of like a nice, austere uncle 💕🤣. I didn't get tired of drinking it, I was going to finish it before I knew it😅. I was told that it is also recommended to be served hot, so I tried it after it was almost gone. It is rounded out and the umami expands and it is delicious💕💕 I would drink this sake again if I had the chance 😊.

I heard that the tanks were safe but the sake bottles that were to be shipped were damaged 😢I went to the liquor store as soon as I heard that they were ready to ship again and got this Midori ✨🍀. I have a bad feeling about this matured Yuho sake... but the proprietress who knows my taste says it's ok 🤣. I didn't feel much of the aroma. It has a gentle umami rather than the gutsy umami typical of Yuho, followed by a greenish aroma, perhaps influenced by the label... Tatami? 🤣 I thought it would go well with the taste of spring, so I served it with miso made with butterbur sprouts that my child had picked up 😍. It was a perfect match 😍 As expected from Yuho, it is a supreme food sake! I would like to drink it again with bitter spring flavors ✨🍀.

This season is still a light nigori of one-step-self ⭐I saw it on your timeline and I immediately went out and bought some! Yes, it's from last year for stability 😭 I counted and I bought 7 bottles just for me and my friends combined must have consumed at least 10 bottles 🤣 I wonder how much they have in stock. If it was a bottle, I would have had this year's in line, but I already have one in the vegetable room, so I gave up 😓 I'll do my best to consume last year's! The gentle umami and the elegant bitterness are bliss 😍. How delicious it would be to have the freshness of new sake added to it💕. Can't wait to drink this year's 🤣.

This is the first time I have had Shikishima. It is 18%, so it is strong and crisp, tasty and sharp, and I like it 💕. Not that it matters, but I went to a concert of Queen, who I have been a fan of since I was a kid, and I was so moved... I can drink this as a snack for the time being 😭.

I hadn't had a critical hit with Morishima before and hadn't had it since then, but I bought this one after the liquor store recommended it to me so vehemently 😅. It has a mild aroma, soft umami, and a refreshing chili gas feeling ✨It has a good sharpness and a clean aftertaste 😍. I definitely like it better than the Morishima I've had so far💕. The second day was also delicious, not too sweet 😋.

I had bought one to give to a friend, but for various reasons I opened it 🤣. Popped it open with a bang✨ The aroma of peach, sweetness, a little chili gas, and a pleasant bitterness with a clean aftertaste 😍more gorgeous than the standard Tokujun ✨. I think this might be my favorite of the Hirotogawa's! I thought I liked it better on the second day, but the sweetness and aroma increased and I liked it better freshly opened... Maybe I should have finished it in one day 🤣.

The aroma is beautiful ✨and it has a little bit of a chirichiri-gasiness to it, and a gentle but robust flavor that is delicious💕. It has a nice sharpness that keeps you going 😋. This is one of the most popular places in Sakegawa. Although I live in Tsukuba, I can't pass it up! So I bought it. It's important to think about far away, but we must not forget to love our hometown ✨. My daughter wanted to smell it and said "lychee! and left 😂 that's all I can think of when you say it like that 🤣. Let's start with the supernatant. Gentle sweetness and fresh acidity. Carbonated and refreshing. Like mixing the oli gives it a bit of dryness too 🤔. All delicious active nigori, I don't have the brush to describe the difference in taste, but I saw later that Rafa papa and Manachy reviewed it as a sports drink, and sure enough! I was convinced! After a little time after opening the bottle, the sweetness increases and it's more like Pocari than Aquarius 😁. As a citizen, I am glad that there is a tasty and popular brewery nearby 🥰.

I've been wanting to try Kido ✨ which everyone raves about at Sake no Wa, but I was hesitant to buy the 4-goupe bottle because I thought it looked a bit sweet 😅. But the other day I found a one-cup bottle 🤩I may not be able to tell the real taste from a one-cup bottle, but I bought it just for reference! Fruity aroma. My daughter 🤔 with apple🍏. The gentle sweet flavor passes through and is quickly quenched. It's cleaner and tastier than I expected! This is certainly cosy✨. I'll probably buy a cup when I want to drink a little again 😆.

First time I've seen Yuuho's expensive ✨. But the young proprietress of the liquor store said I bought this for her birthday and she said it was delicious, so I drank it myself at the end of the year. I went to Oarai on the spur of the moment during winter break🌊. I had this Fuji Taikan with ankou nabe. I've only had it when it used to be called Taikan😅. Actually, I had a glass of Tsuki no I before this, but it was too spicy or tasteless, like water, and lost out to the ankou nabe. But I had no choice but to drink up the Sandesi afterwards 😅I honestly don't remember much of the taste. But, since it was after the Tsuki no Ii, it had a nice flavor and sharpness that went well with the ankou nabe 😋.

Drinking Yuho and supporting. I feel guilty that we are just having fun here...but it's no use to be depressed when we are not in the disaster area! Today we went for Yuho ✨. Last year we had both Hatsushibori and Orikagari until around summer, but this year there are only a few bottles left of both. According to the landlady, this is not because of the earthquake, but because Yuho is becoming more recognized. When we contacted Goso Sake Brewery after the earthquake, she told us that the building and tanks were safe, but all the bottles awaiting shipment had been broken. She said, "It was a terrible disaster here, too, with an intensity of 6 on the Japanese scale, but now they are telling us that it was 7 on the Japanese scale. Is that so? Did it shake that much while I was taking a drunken nap? I was thinking about the Great East Japan Earthquake. At that time, all the liquor bottles in the store were broken, and since liquor tax is involved, they had to check how many bottles were broken one by one, and it took a long time. It would take some time for Youho to reopen for business. We bought some stock sake for now. It was a selfish lament that I would not be able to drink Hanasaka Yuho this year. I hope that the local people will be able to return to their normal, peaceful lives as soon as possible.

Since New Year's Day, I have been shocked by the news of the Noto Peninsula earthquake ... This one is from last year, but we will do what we can for Ishikawa sake, including our favorite Yuho! First Shibori after Yuho's Shiro✨ Freshness, flavor and sharpness of new sake😍. More of a chemical reaction when served with a meal than on its own ✨Makes the sake more enjoyable to eat 🎶. I will go back to buy more!

Happy New Year 🎍. We look forward to working with you this year. ☺️ New Year's Eve with a rare sake from Aizu💕! I used to like Kaorutaka the best out of the 6 bottles I received as a tax return gift from Aizuwakamatsu city 🐦. The others were Aizu Chusho, Nagurayama, Bandaiho 🤔. Not much aroma, gentle rice flavor, pleasant acidity, and a gentle cut. Classic but gentle classic😍. Hmmm...goes well with Osechi! I originally received this sake, but learned it was a rare sake from Colonel Lal's post ✨. This is one bottle that I feel a connection with Sake no Wa: ☺️

This year's drink, this year's 🎶. Watanohune's raw ✨ which was delicious last year. This year it had a strong acidity that hid the rich sweetness that is typical of Watanohu, but after leaving it for a bit, the flavors opened up 😋. Still, the taste was very different from last year 🤔. I liked it better last year!
