It's a little yellowish. I didn't smell it that much but my husband and daughter said it was melon🍈. Really? 🤔.
When I put it in my mouth, it smells like ripeness or temple? I'm sorry I don't have the vocabulary to describe it, but it is a moist and sibilant aroma.
It also has a core flavor, and the aftertaste is astringent, crisp and clean ✨.

This sake is specially authorized by the Uesugi clan of Yonezawa to use the trademark of the Uesugi clan's military flag "navy blue ground sun flag".
