Murayu
Konruri label - Honnen
Sake degree, rice polishing ratio, rice used undisclosed
I enjoyed this Murayuke on a trip to Niigata.
I found it at a liquor store I stopped by on my way out of town and bought it 🍶.
It has a rich, thick texture with an exquisite balance of sweetness and acidity!
It has a gentle sweetness like Japanese sweets, like wasanbon 🍵🍡.
It is sweet but also goes well with food (western food)!
My husband commented that the sweetness felt like it enveloped his tongue.
He commented that the sweetness felt like it enveloped his tongue 👦.
I enjoyed it with Iburi gakko made with Yamamoto's sake rice bran and cream cheese.
and cream cheese!
Postscript
I drank this long after opening the bottle.
The sweetness was even more pronounced, and it felt like it stuck in my throat.
It tasted like brown sugar.
It is hard to match with any foodstuff when it becomes so sweet 🤣I enjoyed it by itself.

Good evening, Mihobanda 😃.
Our first saké sake was here 🤗.
It was sweet like brown sugar 😋, which left a strong impression on me 😌It's just like the Japanese Sanbon, and your husband's sweetness envelopes it, too.

Good evening Jay & Nobby 😃😃.
Sweet like brown sugar, I know ✨It has a sweetness that only Murayu can offer 🌾Nagata is a rice producing region, so the sake is also very good 😋.
