Matsunosui" is a sake from Fushimi, Kyoto, which was favored by the previous Iemoto of Omotesenke. It has an elegant yet firm sweetness. It is said to have been created to go well with kaiseki dishes served at tea ceremonies. This time, instead of kaiseki, we enjoyed kakinoha sushi as a side dish.

Received as a souvenir from a trip to Ise🙏. Isuzu River, a clear stream that flows through the precincts of Ise Jingu Shrine. When you hear that the sake is made from its subterranean water, it feels so divine ⛩☺️. The impression on the palate is a little sweet with a moderate aroma. The taste is crisp and has a hint of bitterness. Delicious 😚.
