Kagamiyama" is located in Kawagoe, Saitama, the hometown of sake breweries.
This brewery was revived by young volunteers, and I became even more of a fan after I saw the president personally delivering the sake to a liquor store sometime ago.
This is an aged sake that came out even later than the Aki-agari.
It has a deliciously sweet flavor and the natural acidity that only a sake brewed from a yeast yeast yeast can produce.
I reached for this bottle because I wanted to drink a light sake.
As expected, it was beautifully light and fresh.
I don't remember what Ichinokura tasted like 30 years ago when I was a student at an izakaya (it was the era of chugging sake...), but I think it's great that sake can still taste this good after all these years☺️.
The restaurant does not seem to be a sake store, but the lineup always draws me in.
This time, I ordered "SENKOURI" and this was the sake I ordered.
Fresh! But almost no acidity. But there was almost no acidity, and a slight bubbling sensation on the tongue. The dishes were sashimi of flatfish and fried red mullet. Oh, yummy! I'm glad I ordered it. (^^)
The aroma is very "assertive" and impressive!
The taste, as the name suggests, is definitely sweet and sour (although I am not sure if it is "like a bomb" as the label on the back says... lol).
I think it would be better to let it settle down a little after opening the bottle to enjoy its goodness more. I'd like to enjoy it chibi chibi 😋.
Sake degree +16.5 degrees!
Dry... you're right, but it is, let's say, dry! It tastes so devilishly good that you almost forget you even sipped it!
For me, it was the first time to drink sake from Sado Island.
Crystal Dragon, not Black Dragon. It is a limited brew for restaurants.
Is the mellowness of the sake sold as it can be made with alcohol? It was much sharper and more refreshing than I had imagined.
Clear, crisp, and clear.
Personally, it is a flavor that gives a sense of security.
Normally, Gohyakumangoku is used for Jungin by Kuroryu, but Yamadanishiki is used for Autumn Agari.
Clear, mellow, balanced...!
As expected, the taste is safe, stable, and royal.
Served with hamo (Japanese conger eel) and matsutake mushrooms steamed in an earthenware teapot.
Here is the start of this issue.
Reminiscent of white wine, with a sweet and sour taste. The alcohol content is 9 degrees, light and refreshing.
The wine was brewed while playing Beatles' music...I didn't really understand the influence of the music, but it was delicious and impressive.
Clear, light and dry, just like the image of Koshino-Kanme from the past! Clear, light and dry!
Lagoon" in Niigata.... The name had little to do with the taste.
I enjoyed it with some dried hokke (hokke) as a snack 😋.
At a local izakaya just a stone's throw from the brewery 🍶.
It was a very good, mellow sake with a very reasonable price. This time at room temperature.
Kamo Nishiki is not a packaged sake.
Was the original label this image?
It is the season of autumn. The atmosphere of sake, as well as the accompaniments, will become more and more autumn-like from now on.
