A bottle that I brought to the sake party to open soon because I missed the chance to drink it even though it is a name sake!
I carefully moved it out of the fridge and pulled the bottle open!
Because it is a screw-type sake, the usual process is to open it a little and close it when it starts to blow up.
The cap was tightened, but the internal pressure was so high that it blew out to the ceiling💦.
Only 3 cups were left 😭.
We were drinking with 3 people, so it was perfect, but we had to do the end-of-year cleaning work ahead of time before we could drink the sake.
The drink was smooth and easy to drink due to the 5% alcohol content, and most importantly, the sweetness came to the forefront! It tasted as if I was drinking amazake!

Good evening Satou-san 🍶.
Why do you blow it up so much when you open it a little bit?

Satou-san, good evening 🌙
I have a bottle of this in the fridge too, but it looks like the internal pressure is bad! I'm looking forward to opening it, but I'm terrified 😂 lol

Good morning, Satou-san.
I also struggled for less than 20 minutes to open the bottle 💧.
It's a delicious drink that goes down smoothly 😊.

Good evening, Matsuchiyo-san 🌆.
I thought it was such a catastrophe because I let it sit for a year💦.
I recommend you to drink the active system right away lol

Good evening, Mr. Kotaro 🌆.
I recommend opening the bottle outside or covering it with a plastic bag before opening💦 lol.
It flies in all directions, not just straight up.

Good evening, ma-ki-.
20 minutes is quite a tough sake 🍶.
I was only able to drink one cup of it, so if you have a chance, please do!
(The problem is that you have to go to Gunma area to buy it since Saint is not available in your area 😭)
