First sake in a long time!
I saw this announcement on a liquor store's installment, so I went🫡 to a nearby liquor store.
I rushed to pick up the remaining 4 bottles lol.
When I drank it, it was weakly carbonated and the balance of sweetness and aroma was too superb! 😳
It's hard to use an analogy, but the peak of the sake that has not yet opened its aroma and taste on the first day after being uncorked, and reaches its peak of deliciousness 2 or 3 days after opening the bottle, seems to come right after being uncorked with this sake!
A bottle of this is totally possible 😋.
