Alcohol content: between 15 and 16 degrees 〜Product Description This junmai sake is brewed at Fuji Shuzo in our sister city, Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture, using "Honoka 224" and "Hoshi no Yume" rice grown in Kikonai Town. It is characterized by its dry taste and harmonious mellowness. In February, "Hatsu-shibori" is sold without heat treatment, and in November, "Hiyaoroshi" is sold for a limited amount of time, which is only heat treated once.
