Alcohol content: 16%. 〜Product Description Thanks to the skills of the master brewer, Toichi Takahashi, and other brewers, the quality of this sake is improved year after year at Yuki-no-Kayasha's Sanpai brewery. While the year-round product uses "Gin-no-Sei" sake rice, this Hiyaoroshi-specification sake uses "Yamada-Nishiki" and "Hitomebore" as its ingredients. The high level of acidity unique to Yamahai brewing gives it a full flavor and crispness. It has a moist and sour taste, a soft and gentle mouthfeel, and a mild aroma that keeps you from getting tired of drinking it. It can be enjoyed cold or at room temperature, but it can also be enjoyed lukewarm (around 40 degrees Celsius).
