The aroma is faintly muscat-like. The sweetness and sweetness is pleasant, and it is not heavy, but it is a beautiful ginjo type of sake. It is a Junmai-shu with a wide range of flavours and a nice crispness that is typical of a Junmai-shu, but we never get tired of drinking it.
