Alcohol content: 18%.

It has the sharpness of premium alcohol and sweet aroma of koji. The taste is soft and rich, and it is worth drinking. It finishes with a spicy taste because of the strength of the unpasteurized sake.
The flavor will become more rounded as the autumn deepens.
