Raw rice: 100% Yamadanishiki
Rice polishing rate: 60%.
Alcohol content: 15%.

Among the brands of Asahi Kiku Shuzo, Ayahana is a sake brewed entirely from Yamada Nishiki, which is grown under contract in Fukuoka Prefecture. It's now ready to drink as a hiyaoroshi!
The nose is mild. The mouthfeel is fresh and refreshing. It has a pleasant balance of deep flavor and acidity in the middle and the latter half of the bottle, which is typical of hiyaoroshi.
You can enjoy it in any temperature range from cold to warm, but if you raise the temperature to lukewarm, it will gently adapt to your body!
It's perfect with a dish that tastes as gentle as the broth it's made from!
