My wife's parents' house, the second one, we received Tenmei's Yamadanishiki. This one was delicious! It was well-balanced and went down well... and my memory is jumping!
Hatsuju Mangame from my wife's parents' house!
The first glass was refreshing and tasty, but as the temperature went up, it started to feel more and more alcoholic! I should have made it a little more spicy!
I received this from my boss.
Made with Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku
Slightly tingling, quite sweet, and sweet and thick if you keep drinking. I wish I had something thicker to go with it.
Looks dangerous to empty.
This is the kind of schwash I like! It was recommended by the owner of a famous sake store in Otsuka.
I got excited while looking at the cage, and then I got excited! Delicious! Not as sweet as I thought it would be, but refreshing and delicious!
Hi Harry sakeboy 🌞This was recommended to me at a restaurant called Kodama-ya in Otsuka! It was quite an interesting store, so if you are in the area, please visit 😋.
This is my first time to try Natsu Gin. It's sweet like an apple, clean but a little acidic and sweet. I like fruity, but maybe I'm not a fan of apple type lol.
The aroma was citrus 🍊squashy, sweet and refreshing, perfect for summer and easy to drink for women and those who don't like sake! It was delicious!
On the second day, as the temperature rose, it lost some of its freshness, but the flavor deepened, which was delicious in its own way!
First time! I drank it all over 4 days and it seems to be getting sweeter and sweeter. But it's not that sweet! I guess they take great care in making it!
This is the first brand that was recommended to me when I mentioned that I like "shwash"! I drank it with high expectations, but it was not at all shwashy... What do you mean... The taste itself was not bad, but it was so different from my image that I was a little disappointed.
But it's good 😋3rd day was a nice drink!
Sake received for Father's Day, polished to 30% and opened with high expectations! It was dry and refreshing, with no hint of bitterness. I've been drinking a lot of raw sake lately, so I felt like I was missing something. Thanks 😊.
The first saké Musashi of the first Hana-HoYo... Too bad it had been so long since it was opened, but it was a delicious sake, well-balanced and very compatible with the expression of pineapple.
First soil we received at the sorting! The lid popped off like champagne and the tension was soaring! It's so good, so refreshing, and so delicious! The flavor is not deep, but it goes down a treat, just like champagne!
