I was allowed to drink it as a souvenir. It's a strong sake, or maybe it's a strong sake...but it's delicious and not sake-like.
I had never heard of this place, but it seems they make sake! I see! Powerful sake!
I found the best liquor store on a trip to Tochigi! The owner there recommended me Yamadaho 100.
I drank it with high expectations and was not disappointed. No bitterness, no sweetness, well balanced!
My boss bought it for me! It's a junmai sake, so it doesn't have much aroma, and it's a sake made from the original brewing process, so it has a rich flavor, but it's still refreshing. It was a very nice sake, as expected of Shinmasa!
I bought it at the brewery because it was the new Tanigawadake.
It tasted good when opened, but after 30 minutes, it started to feel sake-like and the balance was not good. It is a common feeling in skunk cabbage and Tanigawadake.
The fourth step in the record of all the drinks I couldn't get drunk enough to give.
When opened, it was slightly fizzy, fruity, and refreshing.
After 10 days, it became too sweet. I wish I had drunk it sooner...
Third record of a collection of drinks I couldn't get drunk enough to give.
I received this as a souvenir from a trip to Kesennuma. It is a well-balanced sake suitable for a mealtime drink! It was delicious.
The second record of all the drinks I couldn't get drunk enough to give.
First time in Hokkaido! I was allowed to drink the one I got as a souvenir...it tastes like Awamori. I want to put ice in it too.
The first record of a collection of drinks that I was too drunk to give you.
It is called "Ringo-san" and has a strong acidity, like white wine. I would like to put some ice in it. It's not like sake, but it's there.
A memorable 100 posts!
Opened a bottle of W, which I've been curious about for a while. Very fruity, maybe pineapple. It's good when you drink it, but the alcohol content is quite high at 17 degrees. I was a little disappointed that it left an alcohol taste.
Kei-chan, good evening! (^○^)
Please excuse me for the first time.
Thank you very much for your 100 check-ins.
Backslide.
I have never had this brand, so I hope to have a chance to meet you someday.
Kei, congratulations on your 100 check-ins 🎉🎊
This sake is fresh, fruity, easy to drink and delicious! The label is festive and red too 👍Look forward to more reviews 😊🎶.
Haneya's Spring Sake, opened after 2 months!
I love Haneya, so my expectations were maxed out, but they weren't exceeded. It was delicious, but the sharpness was not so good.
I bought it in a bottle because No. 4 is not readily available. When opened, it was fresh and had a clean aftertaste! I enjoyed it mellowing out until about a week later, but after that it started to taste a little better. I enjoy the changes in a bottle.
The last one was a junmai ginjo, but this one is a junmai daiginjo. This time it was Junmai Daiginjo. This one was a pineapple type, but this one was a mild pineapple even after a week of drinking.
But I don't think I need to drink any more rough-made sake. I want to use the time to find new sake.
It was my mother's birthday, so I finally got my hands on a bottle of Hana-yoso. At first I thought it was a pineapple, but later I found that the wild taste was a little too much of a hindrance!
There are many good sake in Gunma, but I personally rank Left Oshin as one of the best in Gunma. It does not stand out in terms of aroma or umami, but it is well-balanced and easy to drink. I would like to try another one!
