Japan's largest? The smallest sake brewery in Japan. The last time I drank a different sake, I enjoyed it very much, so I opened the bottle with high expectations since it was the anniversary of the brewery! The aroma of the just-opened bottle was fruity and very nice, but not gentle. 17 degrees Celsius, it had a sweetness at the moment of drinking, but after that, it was a strong sake.

I have had this brand in the past, but I thought I didn't like it that much...but when I got it, I tried it. It was fresh, but had a strong flavor and was not too strong. I'm sorry I underestimated it...it was a very tasty sake!

Ski trip to Gunma! Well, I bought this skunk cabbage at a liquor store I go to every year. I imagine it's mostly clear, but it was surprisingly sweet... I also brought some Akabe snow, but forgot to take a picture of it💦I had fun, so it's okay!

It seems to be a challenging bottle using marine yeast, and the label is one-of-a-kind. It was sweet and sour like an apple with a lot of acidity. I don't drink this kind of sake very often, but it was delicious, and the positive attitude of the brewery staff was evident!

A bottle saved for a family gathering. It had been a long time since I had tazake. It has a mellow flavor that quickly fades away, but there was a slight alcohol taste or tingling at the end, but that went away after a while, and it was delicious!
