Hachitan-Nishiki, which we have not had very often. It has a slightly peculiar taste, but it is refreshing and easy to drink. I want to try a different kind again!
Every time I get drunk and forget to record it. This time I realized it was empty again...
It seems to be a sake for peace in the recent war.
Well-balanced, but it still has a liquor taste. More for people who don't usually drink.
Same SERIES as my wife's name.
I personally don't like it, but lol... I bought it immediately because of the raw, muddy, jackets. Surprisingly, it was not sweet but crisp and balanced. Good thing Mother's Day is coming up!
I hope they bring it out every year from now on! It has just the right amount of flavor and is well-balanced, as one would expect from Haneya! A bottle of "just like that"!
Tsuchida was found on the way back from skiing. They say they use no additives. It looks peculiar, but it is surprisingly refreshing and has a hint of lactic acid bacteria. It was a well-balanced sake.
We had a chance to drink a rare sake from the smallest brewery in Japan. It is cloudy and slightly sparkling. The taste is deep and the aftertaste is clean, and it is a gem that you can imagine the careful work.
I've never heard of Megumi no Tomo before, so I tried it. Personally, I feel that saku has a strong sweetness, but this sake rice is not sweet. But I want to drink it chilled.
Great balance of aroma and acidity. It's probably best served chilled. I wanted to drink it kinda from a weak freeze, but then I realized it was gone...
