Daishinshu Hello 😊 I was attracted by the words "super dry" and bought a bottle thinking it was real ⁉️ It's a quintessential Daishinshu 😊 Delicious! When you pour it into a glass, it feels a little thick. When you put it in your mouth you don't feel the spiciness but it becomes spicy afterwards 😊 The aftertaste is refreshing without the harshness of the spiciness. After 4 days, I opened the bottle again and heard a loud popping sound. I thought there was a change in taste and sipped it. The spicy and dry aftertaste is gone and it is mellow 😊. The label of the bottle has a nice atmosphere 😁.

I was looking in the cellar of a liquor store for a bottle of light nigori, and I saw a label I had never seen before 😊. It's a sake made by Maruishi of Nito🐇. I immediately bought a bottle 😁. A little less sweet and a little more tangy than the Nito 🐇😊. This is just as good 😁👍

Moon Mountain 💕 4 events 😁 Personally, I don't buy Hiyamoroshi often, but since it's Tsukiyama, I bought it 😊. But since it's Tsukiyama, I bought it 😊. The bottle seems to have been slightly undercooked, and there's a warning on the bottle 🤔. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to open the cork slowly or not at all 😁. It's better to let this sake sit for a few days. It will become sweeter and sweeter 😊.

Raifuku Hello 😊 I've had a few drinks from the Fruits series, but this may be my first time to try melon🍈❓ In our generation, melon🍈 was a fruit that could only be tasted on special occasions, so I'm drawn to it for some reason😁. After opening the bottle, the acidity is strong but the sweetness is low. It's not melon at all😅 So I let it sleep for a while 😁. The sweetness has increased and it is finally becoming a melon 😊. When the temperature rises, it becomes a little cemedine 😁.

Kayak Nice to meet you😊. I was expecting a little more flavor from this junmai daiginjo, but I guess it's made for summer sake, it's too clear and light 😅. I had it sit for a while but it was the same 😅 Some things can change in taste even if it's not a pure sake, but this one didn't 😁. Well, it's just summer sake 😁😁. I used to kayak sometimes when I was younger😊. Just zoning out in the still water of the dam lake. The water is so close to my eyes, what a great feeling 💕. I used to take a skittles filled with bourbon 🥃 with me then 😊. There's always a bottle of booze by my side 😁.
