I bought this sake from Chiba prefecture because it's light nigori!
I was so careless that it wouldn't be a big deal since it's a light nigori 😅 I twisted the aluminum seal and the whole stopper popped 😅 bubbles bubbles bubbles like it has detergent in it hahaha 😅.
The taste is fresh like Kirin lemon with alcohol added, with a nutty taste coming out later.
I think I've never tasted a light cloudy beer with this much bubbles ❓
